چکیده

Purpose: The polymerization of restorative materials has the potential to increase pulpal temperature and may result in damage health tissue. aim this study is investigate change primary teeth with two LED light-curing units (Valo Cordless®, EliparTM DeepCure-S) three groups (Filtek™ Bulk Fill Flowable, Filtek™ Z250 Universal Restorative empty cavity) by using a microcirculation model.
Material Methods: Ten sound human maxillary second molars were used. Standardized Class V cavity preparations performed dentin thickness 1 mm cured units. highest point pulp chamber was recorded. A repeated measures ANOVA paired samples t-test used for analysis data (

Effect of Two Disinfecting Agents on the Microleakage of Resin-Based Composite Restorations in Primary Teeth

Introduction: Disinfection of the cavity preparation after caries excavation can lead to the elimination of bacterial remnants that can be responsible for recurrent caries, postoperative sensitivity, and failure of the restoration. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of two disinfectants on microleakage of composite restorations in primary teeth. Metho...

Effect of method of caries induction on aged resin-dentin bond of primary teeth

BACKGROUND To investigate the influence of chemical and microbiological methods of caries induction on bond degradation of adhesive systems to primary dentin. METHODS Flat dentin surfaces from 36 primary molars were assigned to three groups (n = 12) according to method to induce caries-affected dentin: (1) control (sound dentin); (2) pH-cycling; and (3) microbiological caries induction model....

Histological assessment of pulpal responses to resin modified glass ionomer cements in human teeth

BACKGROUND The biocompatibility of resin-modified glass ionomers (RMGIs) as a lining material is still under question. The present study evaluated the response of the pulp-dentin complex following application of resin-modified glass-ionomer cement, calcium hydroxide and conventional glass-ionomer in deep cavities prepared in human teeth. MATERIALS AND METHODS In this controlled clinical trial...
